The breakfast was sensational with plenty of delicious options. The room I stayed in was huge with a large window directly on to the terrace for the bar, Roman baths, as example.

The double room was themed with a bath, view on the park, tea and coffee facilities and the location was unbeatable and awesome. A kind of terrific service.

The location was unbeatable and best possible, within walking distance of an open - air museum. We were so impressed with good service that would stay here again.

Satisfactory breakfast, enjoyed it with lots of food. Excellant service, as the stuff where great. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was family overall.
The bathroom was quite small, I didn't like it.

The hotel is beautiful and newly renovated in typical English style. The location in a green square is perfect. The centre of Bath is only a few steps away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice bathroom.

The hotel is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. Especially the dinner included in the price was great.
I consider the price for the hotel's own parking spaces to be completely overpriced (almost 20 pounds, in our case for one night). In general, finding a parking space when staying at the Francis Hotel is almost impossible.
